This privacy policy sets out the basis on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you or other third parties provide to us.

Worthing Motors Limited are registered with the ICO as a data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

  • We receive personal information about customers from our manufacturers. This information may relate to customer enquiries, bookings, vehicle recalls and repairs, and customer complaints.

Performance of a contract

Where we have made contractual commitments to you or you have made the same to us. For example, when you have entered into a contract to purchase a vehicle from us or to obtain finance for the purchase of a vehicle.

We will, if required by law, disclose your personal information for example in response to a court order.   • IT service providers who help us manage our IT infrastructure
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.

Worthing Motors Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Ref No 670993) for consumer credit purposes. We are a broker for finance and not a lender. Please be aware lenders may pay us a commission for introducing you to them. This commission can be based on the amount you borrow or the vehicle you purchase. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions.
