I recently bought a car with Worthing Motors and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The process was straightforward and friendly from the get go! Leigh kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions. I was given a tour of the car before taking it home and also took it out for a test drive when I first went to see it. The staff was very responsive every time I called and I pretty much secured the car on the same day. Leigh talked me through all details and highlighted all the things I needed to know before hand and I felt secure in my new vehicle. A MOT and service was done, along with one year warranty. Defenitely felt in safe hands after a lifetime on negative experiences buying vehicles.. Happy to recommend Worthing Motors to anyone who might want to buy a used or new car!

My car recently broke down and had to be recovered and sent to Worthing motors. The breakdown company messed us about re the recovery which took nearly a week. Worthing motors were so helpful with fitting in my car for the repairs it required even though the date kept changing on a daily basis. Repair was quickly carried out once the car was with them. Service staff very helpful and special mention for James strudwick. My breakdown company could learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys. Excellent, keep up the good work.

I am so grateful to the technicians and service team at Worthing Motors. The outstanding customer service and genuinely positive and professional attitude of all the staff is just a delight. I took my C4 in to have some issues sorted but unfortunately, it wasn't as straightforward as simply replacing a few service parts here and there. Julien and Chris left no stone unturned and although we couldn't resolve every single glitch, I was always kept in the loop. These guys really do try to get the best possible results for their customers. I dealt with Paul and James too and they were just as helpful when I called or popped in. In the end I was still able to collect my car and drive away in confidence and will be booking in again for my MOT, annual service and also when Citroen get back with the solution to our niggling issue. Thank you for all your help, I appreciate really appreciate it.

Purchasing a car from Worthing Motors was an extremely pleasurable experience, at no point in the process was high pressure sales tactics applied. We had 4 models in mind, but eventually settled for newer higher spec Citroen C3 Aircross. Leigh was great and gave us a really good trade in price against our old C3 Aircross. We picked the car up the next day. Fantastic service l cannot recommend Worthing Motors High enough. Very pleased with the car.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. I decided to use the branch as I didn't want to buy online. Leigh was professional, knowledgeable and most of all no question was silly.
